These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of the website yachtsurfacerestoration.org (the "Site"), our SMS messaging program, and the marine surface restoration services provided by Yacht Service Restoration LLC ("YSR," "we," "us," or "our"). By accessing the Site, opting in to our SMS program, or engaging us for services, you agree to these Terms.

Estimates and quotes are valid only when issued in writing by an authorized YSR representative, and may be revised based on vessel inspection, condition of surfaces, materials, scope, and scheduling. All services are subject to a separate written service agreement between you and YSR.

4. SMS / Text Messaging Terms

By providing your mobile number and opting in (for example, by checking the SMS opt-in box on a form, sending us a text, or otherwise expressly agreeing), you consent to receive SMS messages from Yacht Service Restoration LLC related to your estimate, scheduling, appointment reminders, service updates, and occasional offers.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, without regard to its conflict of laws rules. Any dispute arising out of or related to these Terms shall be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Broward County, Florida.
